Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are typically not provided once leads are delivered. However, JWL Digital offers refunds under these specific conditions:

If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria (e.g., geography, case type).If a lead is duplicate, fraudulent, or non-responsive.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of receiving the lead. Each request will be evaluated based on our agreement standards.

Delivery Policy

Leads are delivered through secure digital channels, typically within the timeframe outlined in our service agreement. Delivery times may vary based on lead volume and availability.

Return Policy

As our service delivers digital information, there is no physical product to return. However, should a lead not meet the specified criteria, please refer to our Refund Policy for potential resolutions.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle. Any fees associated with leads delivered before cancellation are due as outlined in our agreement.
